In case you weren't aware
Sprint PCS, in my opinion and probably many other's, has the worst customer service of any company I've ever had the unfortunate opportunity to experience. I'm not a fan of federally regulating businesses, but I think there comes a point when a company drops below a certain level of service they are given the choice to accept federal regulation or stop doing business altogether. Sprint has definitely dropped below that level (as have most of the wireless companies, I'm told) It's too bad, because once you FINALLY get the morons in India, Canada, and who knows where else, to get your account in order, the service (of the phones and network, that is) is pretty good. Of course we've yet to actually receive a bill, so things could go downhill again really fast (if they do, we will no longer be using Sprint).
